Greetings!! I think Marvel had 3 different offices in NYC. I could be wrong. I do visit and admire the buildings whenever I make the trip down to NY to visit my relatives.. They going Hollywood to parent company Disney !!

So.....how long until most of the heroes in NYC move to the west coast for various reasons, and the city ends up protected only by Daredevil, Punisher and a bunch of scrubs?

Daredevil has already lived in San Francisco, so it should be a simple matter
to get him back out there. He probably needs to check on that apartment
he’s been subletting all these years.
