Assuming those stats are accurate, I would love to know NASA's (and other similar institutions) prioritizing on what efforts to focus on. 
I heard a similar detailing of how much more of an effort reaching, nevermind returning from, Mars would be than had been the Moon: it is staggering, to the point of wondering why bother beyond the common, "because we can".

Which is why I argue against the stated reason for going to Mars - because
earth will one day become uninhabitable.
Whatever makes earth uninhabitable, will likely make Mars uninhabitable.
If we are in domes on Mars, those domes would work on earth.
If the sun has got so hot as to wipe out life on earth, it would do so on Mars
too.

Interstellar travel requires a cheat in all science fiction - hyperspace,
suspended animation, black holes, warp drive, jump gates, time travel.
We are not getting there.
Going to Mars and living in domes to survive after we kill a planet perfect
for life will have one outcome. The domes will fail. By definition, they will be
populated by the most self centred people you can possibly imagine, those
who have amassed so much wealth as to be able to afford such a place,
those who feel they deserve everything above all others.
Those people will not be able to live harmoniously in a dome.

As Ron says, admit going to Mars is a because we can project with no other
purpose than to prove so.everything else is a lie.

There are a great many things that would make the Earth uninhabitable that wouldn’t affect Mars, including things far more likely and imminent than those you list.  And you have to start somewhere…

There is something inherently NUTZ in the idea of escaping an Earth that can no longer support us by fleeing to a planet that probably never could.
