It shouldn’t go without saying that, whatever its merits in the longview, the
scene where Jean tells Corsair that Scott is his son as she steps into the
fire to literally save the universe is wonderfully executed and pretty much a
superhero comics landmark!

I just  went back and re-read #18. The meta ending was a whole lot of fun. I assume none of that will make it into the published version.

My preorder is through Barnes & Noble. I also received a notification that shipping is delayed until June 23, 2026.

Apparently the actual print date has not been locked down, so some sellers were speculating.
