Well, the only thing on horizon (Gerry Anderson-wise) from the people putting out those wonderful Prop Replicas, is the Space 1999 Mark IX Hawk (no firm release date).  Nice, but I'd prefer Sky One from UFO, or Skydiver itself.

 
 
The last Fireball XL-5 TV reference I remember was in the 1998 miniseries 'From the Earth to the Moon', where they used end title song at the beginning of Lunar Module episode...

And, of course, I would find it hard to resist a big, honkin' SUPERCAR!

The Fireball XL5 i saw a few years back to buy was a real big job because i thought where could i put the model so i didn't buy it.
