… offering a die-cast version of the flying undersea warship Atragon…

••

Reminds me of one of the 3D models I did a few years back…

Neat stuff JB!

Reminds me of the technology used in the LAST EXILE anime series.

When I first heard of the Galactus HeroClix I knew I had to have one.  Well today I got one for a good price.

Here is a picture of it with my daughter Chynna's HeroClix collection.  I only have the one.  The best one of course.

Here is where I will be keeping it normally.  I do not have a large collection of statues ... yet.

That is one SHINY Galactus! Mine has a matt finish. I wonder which direction the switch went in.

Anyway, speaking of Galactus, my Air-Walker bust arrived today. Man, it's BIG! And nicely done.

Supposedly my Galactus is a 2007 model they were using as prizes for tournaments at Comic Book Stores.  The Store would get two one to give away as a prize and one for the store.   The store sold me theirs today.

They were also wanting to sell a Fin Fang Foom HeroClix.  They asked for $50 which I bet is a good price but I just bought the Galactus so I didn't go for it.

The matte version was the initial release. It was an exclusive on the gaming/comic convention circuit. The shiny Galactus was a re-release in response to player demand and was made available to retailers as the grand prize of an in-store tournament.

Michael Hatton, if you and your daughter want any more Clix, drop me an email.  I'm phasing them out as my Marvel/DC figurine collection grows.  I have a ton.  I'll send 'em free of charge.  ryanpmaxwell at yahoo.com

I'm not a big Cable fan but this looks good. Very, very good.

"I'm phasing them out as my Marvel/DC figurine collection grows."

You know if you could take the rules from HeroClix and use them with the Marvel/DC figurines you could have a nice game of HeroClix with much better figures.

I wonder if people are doing that already.

Ryan, I'd take any Spider-man ones you were willing to part with, and my daughter would take any Wonder Woman ones if there were any.
