I'm going to go with matter transmutation - vintage Firestorm level, not juiced Molecule Man. Since a lot of stress in my life stems from the hustle, being able to alchemically generate an additional source of income would be a real balm.

Transmutation is a good one. I think I'd go with teleportation with safeguards and some kind of carrying capacity. Even if it was just what I could carry on my back, we could get a moon base going pretty quick!

Cypher's powers would be cool in our world, though maybe 20 or 30 years ago. The ability to speak to more people in our current world is maybe as useful as it was in the comics!
