Now that Captain America looks sweet. I'm not sure why everyone thinks that they need to draw the chain mail like feathers now. I even saw some JRjr that had that. I always like the old style short cut drawing of the mail. Must be a editorial edict now. All the chain mail I've seen looks like this anyway.

Re-Cap's eyebrows: I think Jim Lee (with Todd McFarlane a close second a little later) was the one to draw the eyebrows, in the Cap-Wolverine-Black Widow sort of team up in Jim's Uncanny run.
