HobbyLink Japan is now listing the Japanese release date for that Marvel Bishoujo Psylocke statue to be April 2010:

As mentioned in the earlier posts above, the U.S. release date is in August, but I won't be surprised if Kotobukiya does an advanced launch at SDCC this July, or brings a con-exclusive version.

LOL.  John your Batman always looks trim and fit rather than muscular.  The piece I was talking about is the Batman bust that you did for me, which looks like the statue from the folded arms up.

Kotobukiya's USA forum has put up photos of the ARTFX statue depicting IRON MAN 2's Mark IV suit.  It also has several LEDs built-in to light it up:
