Not sure if that's sarcasm or not, but no...it's the 4-Armed Terror (also named the D.N.Alien) from Kirby's Jimmy Olsen book.

here's another one I got today, by Jim Mooney and George Freeman:
It's from 2000...and has rubber cement used on it. Old School!!!

When I got a commission from Jim Mooney years ago, I went with Supergirl, although I totally geek-love Dial H for Hero. So, this was a chance to make up for that mistake!
