As many of my friends know, I am a huge fan of Walt Kelly's work and I have virtually stopped collecting other comic related artwork to focus on my Walt Kelly collection. I recently was able to acquire a complete story Walt drew in 1966; the story is called "Whose God is Dead" and here is a scan page 1:

Fantastic Four Annual 2001. Pencils by Kevin Maguire with inks by Wade Von Grawbadger. I've always liked Maguire ever since he did Justice League and had to have a page of his only FF story. I really dig the look on Namorita - classic Maguire.
I've commissioned JB to re-imagine two covers on issues he had been a part of that were dated October 1977 which was my birthdate. This time, I actually acquired a vintage splash for that exact cover date. Anyone know who should be attributed for the touch-ups of Captain America's face in the "house style" of Marvel? Some say Romita Sr. while others say Cockrum. I'm not really sure.
