"Nice......Now I'm glad I ripped up that (Fantastic) commission of yours."

**********

From now on, I will only commission pieces of art depicting Galactus in embarrassing situations!  Take that!

I'll make you feel better Fred. I think that Olivetti piece rocked and I'm jealous! Seriously. :-)

He drew it right there in front of you did he?

Nope. He only accepts commission for cons that he plans on attending and accepts those commissions to complete ahead of time, so that he can take his time. I love it.

Appreciate the sentiment Sebastie, but as I said, I'm am genuinely curious by how so pieces get tons of feedback and others get little to none. I love the Olevetti piece, but compared to the historical significance of the Colan page as well as his influence in the industry, it just boggles my mind a bit that there weren't trumpets played at the piece. ;)

Fred, speaking only for myself, here is why I don't always leave comments. I look at this board many times during the day. Sometimes from my phone sometimes at home. Many times when I look at the new art thread (and many other threads) I'm in a hurry to do something else and I don't leave a comment. Then (especially in the new art thread) multiple posts follow and I forget to go back and comment on the pieces or topics I wanted to.

Know this, I liked your Olivetti piece so much I am going to commission him for a con he is attending later in the year.

*Thanks for the response. This explains much as I think about it.*

Personally, I didn't comment about the DD page because I wanted to see how long it would take Fred to start crying that no one likes his DD page...

Some pages don't need comments because..... duh.
Why should I comment that the Colan page was awesome? It's like saying air helps me breathe... :)

and you already spent time with my hero, Mr. Garcia-Lopez...

so you stink.
