There's a whole lot of paving being done outside our building at work. One of the guys doing the job stopped for a smoke outside my window - he's bald, wiry, and looks like he's worked outdoors forever. He immediately put me in mind of this gentleman - at least, his looks did. I don't think he's a Nazi terrorist...
