It´s looking good JT. I think it's quite funny that the pic I posted a few pages ago was also in Millenium Park. A friend of mine from Chicago saw it and said, "hey, how could you draw that if you've never been there?". I guess we all have the Windy City on our heads since the olympic games thing .

The last pic I put in my "sketchbook" was a computer artist's Poser portrait of a character I created for a project that went nowhere.  Unfortunately, the pic is too big to be uploaded here.

And my Halloween contribution;-)

I've been promising the lovely Victoria that I'd do an image based on her for a while now and I've finally done it. Victoria recently posted some images of her as a Witch for a competition and that inspired me to do a "Wicked" version.

If you haven't read Greggory Maguires Wizard of Oz inspired 'Wicked' then you've really done yourself out of a treat. Thanks to his book I just can't look at the ruby slippers in the same light again.

Anyway, This Cosplay-Cutie breaks with the tradition of the Cutie getting the character wrong as I felt that would be a little derogatory to Victoria and just played it straight and had to fight sticking Toto in a hand-bag as a Paris Hilto-esque joke.

You can check out some of Victoria's actual Cosplay here:

Darren - That is amazing.  Well done.

Arc - You really do come up with some great imagery.  Your sketches get better and more intriguing to look at.

JPB - I love that coloring on the Spider-Man piece.

Thank you. After a few months I think there are a few things in which I have improved, but I'm still a rookie...

Darren: that witch is spectacular. I really like the face, the expression. And the posture is just so natural. Really good work .

And before my small halloween sketch I have something new :

I haven't posted here in a long time.  I decided to do a painting of Thanos.  Here is a sketch I just did of him that I will base the painting on.
