Just tried out Open Canvas 4 and thought I would share this little warm up sketch... tried to go for a more toon style.

Open Canvas has a cool feature where you can play back every stroke of the pen and see your drawing at high speed. Would love to see JB do that so we could see a drawing from start to finish.

Here is my very first sketch that I have been brave enough to put here.  All of the incredible art that I have seen here has been nothing short of inspirational.  And the thread about the Hulk's stature over the years inspired this particular sketch.  Just for scale's sake, I decided to throw in Spider-Man.  I've never really liked the 10-12 foot depictions of the Hulk.  And in lieu of words, which I suck at, I figured I would just draw how I like to see the Hulk drawn, size-wise.  So here he is with the Thing and Spider-Man.  Similarly, I have never liked the giant versions of the Thing that are sometimes drawn.  I like to see him bulky, but not 7 feet tall.  So I decided to make all three figures the way I like to see them drawn, at least as far as size and proportion.

I love to see sketches from an actual sketchbook like yours James.  And there's nothing cooler than seeing someone's own characters designs.  Very cool stuff James!

And thank you Thomas!  I think I will definitely start posting more in here.

edited because I forgot my manners to thank Thomas!
