Richard...the same birthday!? Oh my goodness! I love coincidences! Happy belated! Yes, pencils primarily, though I did try inks. They were going to teach us gradations in color by using Design markers in greys. I have brushes left from back then...good Sables. Also played with and enjoyed crow quills! I am considering going back to school just so I can familiarize myself with different mediums and techniques.

Chris, I like the pose and the anatomy...good musculature!

Dearest Mary, I don't use inks at all in my sketch book. What
you see are scans of my pencils. I am trying to sharpen my
inking but alas I have yet to feel comfortable with it.

Chicken sh-t is what its called.
