The package  arrived from Amazon this morning. I have to say, the book look absolutely gorgeous! I look forward to reading it this weekend.

I’ve been wondering if publishing in half-tab format thru Marvel would have created anything like the same effect. Going through Abrams and conventional bookstores mean not having to deal with any of the prejudices that have dogged my career for the past several decades.

We want shouts of such a thing!
I know I can get them for free on this site (which anyone who can’t see what
a gift that was needs their heads examining), but if we can give back by
buying a published version, then that is reciprocity in action.
