Kitty poked her head out of the shelter a bit too soon, now Charles may have poked his head into the middle of a firestorm.
Here's hoping the Professor survives!

Oh dear... that's quite the cliffhanger (combined with the Surfer's actions yesterday), but at least *if* the Professor survives the X-men will know about the copy... I still have a great deal of speculation (which I will hold back)...

I love that last page! A good colorist would have a field day with it.

This is a wonderful way to drive home how good Jean is -- that even a copy of her will fight for the right against her own/Phoenix's interests.
Even as a copy, this is the closest I've felt to seeing the real Jean Grey in a long time. (Since XHY, technically, but seeing her with this team feels like it's been longer and is especially cathartic!)

This was the point I offered when some complained that bringing Jean back “ruined” the story told in X-MEN 137. But, I’d say, if the human spirit is so strong even a COPY will make the “ultimate sacrifice” isn’t that a BETTER story?

Some people don't believe that that kind of greatness exists in humanity, JB, which is truly sad.
