Amen. JB will always be my second favorite Spider-Man artist, mere millimeters behind Ditko. This is perfect.

A very expressive Spider-Man ala Ditko, but not exaggerated as I have found some others' renditions to have been, and a believably expressive character makes for a very fun read!

Thanks for the double helping. The Spider-Man page is the funniest one yet, worrying not just about unleashing a naked Nightcrawler on the city, but on what ol' JJ might say about it as well. Very good!

I continue to love this issue!

My favourite elements from today's (24th Dec) pages are on the last page - the detail of Wolverine sitting in panel 1 and the protesting D'bari.

Peter's expression of "What the hell am I walking in on?" is terrific.

Hm. I was expecting more ooohs and aaahs about the last few panels on the first page.

Have I misread my audience?!?!?!

No worries.  i for one remain in awe...but....I’m still processing what I’ve seen with Magneto.

Yet another mystery to ponder when so many others are still active and unfolding.

Do you know what: I read that and thought "This is a really interesting development!" You know, something truly unexpected. Then I read the next page, came here to comment and it's a sorry comment on the functioning of my brain these days that I completely forgot about the Magneto bit. When you mentioned it, I went back and thought "Oh, yes. That!"

Very interested to find out more as that plot line develops.
