This morning I glanced at the date, and discovered the coin was minted in 1971, the year THE DEATH’S HEAD KNIGHT was printed at the Alberta College of Art, and I began my journey towards a career in comics. FIFTY FOUR YEARS AGO!

So much time, so much work, so much distance. And all the while that coin, spent and respent who knows how many times, was making its way towards my pocket. Have to wonder if it was ever used to buy some product of mine!

After all, this really would be the ultimate niche product!!
