...the paintjob on Pietro is horrible…
••
That will help me feel less "guilty" when I turn him into Namor!

came home tonight and found that these boys had arrived today...
my only problem now is that I do not have MORE! (dammit)
the pictures I've seen here really don't do these buggers justice...so much better looking in person. heavier than I expected too. the comics are crap, but I'm sure my 3 year old will like them.
so now I wait for the order I placed with Forbidden Planet almost two weeks ago to arrive (actually, waiting for it to ship!). Midtown rocks...only waited about three days for these guys. thanks for the lead, JB!

Grabbed a whole bunch of recent ones I'd missed the other day. Favourites are Yellowjacket (the little Wasp is so adorable) and the Rhino.
The boys
The girls

I had no idea Nova and Yellowjacket were so. . . close!
Anyway -- skipping Rhino. Just doesn't work for me.

Lee,
I love your collection. I do hate the Rhino sculpt. Rhino should be wider... bulkier. This figurine makes him look damn near lean.

That Rhino looks like something out of a Ray Harryhausen movie. Not a bad thing, but not really the Rhino either.

It feels like it's been a looooong time since we've had new figures in the US. Galactus should have been an extra piece, not in lieu of.

Can I take a moment to point out I just listed a set of Marvel figurines on eBay?
They look like this:
and come with an exclusive book by Peter Sanderson.
Each figure is about 4 inches tall.
