A down-on-one-knee Giant-Man who was thus as tall as the other figures,
but still larger, would be a good solution, methinks.

That hasn't been revealed yet.  They might put it up to a vote on the figurine forum, but you never know.  I'd imagine the same black and yellow version that seems so popular lately if I had guess which they'd pick.

I'm totally happy with the Wasp I already own, sitting on the shoulder of Yellowjacket.  I don't feel the need to own a full sized version of a character that looks so much better to scale with her husband.

Captain Marvel (Starlin period)
Iron Man (Tuska/Colan)
X-Men (School uniforms)
X-Men (Cockrum/Byrne period)
Fantastic Four (Kirby uniforms)
Namor (Green swimsuit)
Havoc (Neal Adams)
Warlock (Gil Kane)
etc…
