What happened to my Sunday afternoon…
Gained SOME space, and the figures are still pretty viewable (more than they
were three deep in the wood+plastic case, anyway), but it won't be long
before I run out of room again.

I know the feeling JB i have that many statues and action figures and spaceships they tend to take over so i boxed hundreds of them away!

ridiculous amount of money I spend on stuff like this (up to and including
life-sized statues!) is that I can put out my hand and touch virtually
every penny spent.

A lot of the stuff I've had to box up has eventually ended on eBay. I'm holding on to some of it, though, for the day I get to start kicking all those meddling kids out of my house. Space will clear up pretty quick in a few years.

This collecting fun takes over your life it's the same with my comics that went into the thousands and my guitars and artwork but the main thing is i love it,it brings out the child in me that i think we all long to be once again!

replica in my center hall, and I don't think about what it cost (tho others
do!) -- I just smile!

I tend to rotate through my toy collections, packing most of them away while displaying another chunk of them. Every 3-4 months I change up the display. Just recently I put up all of my 5-inch Spider-Man action figures from the '90s animated show.

fact! Now you've got me wondering. Which extant figure, Marvel or DC, would
customize well into a pre-furry Hank?
