I've got some time off this week so I decided to dust off some customizing projects. Here's a work in progress for what is soon to be a non-hairy Beast:

Brad, will you be going for the Kirby black/yellow or the Adams black/red?

To be historically correct, the Beast's black and red costume (no longer a uniform!) first appeared in issue 39 of the original series. The interiors were penciled by Don Heck, tho whether or not he designed the new looks is anybody's guess. Neal would not likely have been involved, however!

Angel's costume still puzzles me after so many years... even more than DD's infamous first one!

Finished up my non-hairy Beast this morning...
still need to fashion an "X" for his belt buckle, but it's still nice to have the original X-Men together for the collection. The completest in me can now stop being tempted by Kitty-Cat Beast!

Nice indeed. Now is that a Venom body and an Atom head? Do you just sand down the nails and such?

Most excellent! As much as the thought of buying a Venom figure pains me, I may have to consider it!

The bug hit me again a couple weeks ago after not doing any customizing for about 9 months. Now it's just a matter of making/finding time to sit at my desk and work. I finally figured out a good use for that horrible Crystal, so I have about 7 or 8 figures in the works and two more waiting to be started.
