DC totally lost me on this big Blackest Night fiasco.

When they relaunched the title/concept/etc, I was so excited to be picking up GL every month. But after a bit it seemed like they were trying to extend the story as long as possible without really have anything happen on a monthly basis.

I quit at roughly issue #9.

Watching this Blackest Night continue thru the main title for, what, 4 years now? And including the sister title GLCorps, and all of the ancillary titles? And it's still not over!

Glad I kept my money. Hope sales increased for them with this.

But back on topic:

wish I could get into these figures, but at $14 a pop it's just a little too rich for my blood. Maybe for a few of them, like some of the core JLA characters; but for the most part those characters are done in modern dress or are completely different people than when I was really into them, so . . . more money kept in my pocket.

I would love to own the Bat-Mite/Mr. Myx piece but only if they make Batman and Robin, and Superman pieces from that same era.

Other than Parallax and Saphire, who are those folks?

They are, Blue Lantern Saint Walker, Red Lantern Atroticus (spelled wrong maybe) and Orange Lantern Larfleeze.

Aren't you sorry you asked?

Well, Merry Christmas.  Lots of pics from Eaglemoss to post.

Mr. Terrific.  Not a fan, passing on this one.

A better shot of Parallax.  Is he supposed to be all wacky looking?  I guess so, from what little I've heard about him.

I like all four of those.  I guess I have a few figurines waiting for me at the shop, I'll pick up next week.

I'm all over the Orion and Parallax figures.

I don't like the new Star Sapphire costume, so big pass on her.
