Hey - any of you crazy cats want to draw a comic?   I have a script I wrote a while back that's sitting on the desk at a company here in SF, and is just waiting for an artist... I've had a number of close calls, but nothing stuck...

So - if any of you are interested - it's about 100 pages - will be published in B&W, in TPB, and it's a Crime/Horror/Romance/Theology story - I know, I know - and it's really not for kids... - if you want a crack at it - send me an e-mail through the link at the bottom of my post.

You guys all have great art - (as seen on this thread) - so if you can do it sequentially, and want a job, let me know!

Thanks!

Great stuff Alex, this appears to be a great character. My only advice is to watch out for -obvious- swipes. You have a clear distinctive style which is appealing to the eye.

Thanks for your commentaries Darren Taylor, I have followed your drawing in all the 72 pags of this subject, and you have drawings very creative. You are right, is necessary more detail in the eyes of character.

Jolly good show Alex. kind of Paul Grist influence there.  And now ladies and gentlemen i give you the Beast.

Thanks James Stewart. The truth here in Mexico, is a fight to publish a Comic Indi like we want to do, we have hope to publish in the catalogue previews to enter the market of the U.S.A. in the future (next or distant). But the day that publishes my comic book in English, I send a unit to him to my teacher John Byrne.

Well, this is the guide of design and the guide of color.

Alex - love your character.  Very cool.

James - You Beast!  Nice as usual.

Anthony - Very nice take on Alex's character.  What color did you guys decide on for the other concept?

Ed - Cool Spider-man.  Well done.

Love coming here!  Very inspirational and educational.

really nice job coloring spidey Ed. Mac nice rendition of Alex's work but you know something it doesn't look like his character. By that i mean for some reason the way you designed it i swear it reminds me of Captain Marvel nice work

I'm so annoyed for the next few weeks. I'm not gonna be able to scan any new work. Some clumsy, but well intentioned loved one broke my scanner.

(%*@#$%) So i have to either get it fixed or buy a new one. So this is gonna be the only piece i'm gonna put up damn it .
