James, nice color work on the Doom piece. I have one suggestion though.
You may want to play with making the BG a bit darker and maybe
bringing in some of the light from the fireplace on to the wall. That would
add more mood to the piece and also pop the figure forward.

Hey D-
I didn't finish it couse i thought it would look not like sketch.
Anyway, i decided to finish it and will send it today. Use the
layout i send you for placement.
I can't wait to see this thing!!!

I started my sketch two days ago and it began life as Dr Trogg! The more I played around with it, the crappier it looked to me so I downed tools and went away to think on it.

When I came back I had realised one of my favourite Byrne sketches was sitting in my head and I was unwittingly using it to measure against my sketch. Well you are -never- going to live up to that right-LOL. The sketch that was in my head was the beautifully rendered Iron Man piece

Anyway I then went on to do another sketch which seemed to fall out the pencil a lot better. As such I thought I'd share the Dr Trogg that just wasn't working for me.

This was done for the weekly Jam. It's Michelle Trachtenberg as her
character Dawn Summers on Buffy. I didn't watch the show but it was a
fun piece to work.
