I have the Spider-Man model of that kit set, one of the only models i ever did.  The 2 inch long scar on my left forefinger is a constant reminder of the blood that went into that model....

Has Marvel changed DD's origin or is it still the truck, old man, radioactive isotope story?

I like the DD statue, but the Ghost Rider looks like he's speed skating at the Olympics.

Frank added a whole lot of stuff, downplaying the "radiation origin". In his
version -- still canon? -- most of DD's "stuff" comes from a kind of Zen
training.
