In Ye Olden Days, when books were routinely six months ahead of schedule, there was room for that.

I find myself wondering what other mutants Shaw might have already abducted.

This is the Scott i like.•• Me, too! As noted, poor Scott seems to have been one of the hardest hit by the creeping anti-authority blight that has infected Marvel (and DC).

This new page is a dream. All the characters are represented in their best (of course, logan is a bit "damaged"). Maybe this is a french point of view, but I find very sensual the way Jane hold Scott's hand in order to make him invisible.

In France, it used to be Jane Richards (the wife of Red). "Suzanne" was a bit outdated, probably too old fashioned; and maybe more importantly, it took more room in the balloon (in France we say bubble, but i understand the american tradition goes more with balloon.) Often you need more words in french to say the same thing than in english, so if you want to keep the balloon the same size, calling the characters Jane and Red instead of Suzanne (or even Susan) and Reed may be a solution. "Sue" isn't something we use or were aware of, but we knew "Jane" from movies like Tarzan.

How about 'Sue'?
*Ah, I missed the last sentence. Sorry. Although, her name is her name, even if it's not common in France...

“Bubble” doesn’t really work. Bubbles don’t have “strings” attached. Thought balloons look like bubbles, but the name attached when they were speech balloons with “(thinks)” included to indicate what they were. Their distinctive shape came later.

French naming: in France, Wolverine is called “Serval”.Made me want to create a French mutant with that name, just to mess with the translators.
