Here is a Batwoman prelim by Barry Kitson. The person who requested the piece wasn't interested in the prelim. I'm not the biggest fan of the character, but I thought this was a really nice pencil piece.

Due to popular demand. Well actually due to Joe Hollon texting me this morning, here are some new additions to my collection.

Cool little Tarzan head sketch there!  First of those I've seen.

Not to bring the mood down, but my best friend since I was a child passed away back in January. His favorite character was Superman. I really wanted a nice piece of the character in honor of my friend. When I had the chance to get one from Kitson I took advantage of that opportunity. Barry was one of the artists on the book when my friend started reading Superman. (You remember the mullet years.) Here is the pencil prelim and the finished water color versions.

Paul, the next time that we get together, we need to sit down with a
beer and talk about best friends lost and the comic connection.
