About a year ago, I declared officially that I was done buying toys and other such ornaments. Just no more flat surfaces!

But I had to break my new rule when I saw that Funko Pop! has put out a shadowbox representation of the cover of UNCANNY X-MEN 141, with a figurine of future Logan.

Hadda havvit!

First, obviously, because my art (after Ed Hannigan) is being used. I still get a kick out of that.

Second, something I’ve mentioned before, the jacket I drew Wolverine wearing was one I actually owned for many years. Now I have TWO toys of Wolverine in that jacket—which I think is hilarious.

I no longer have that jacket, or I might offer it to the Smithsonian. ;-)

I have one Funko Pop - wolverine 1 figure/comic combo.
I was sorely tempted by the original X-Men as I just loved the blue they
used for the costumes. They were so good, but I resisted.

I may well fall for X-Men 141 though.

Lego have announced a new version of Jabba's sail barge -
not quite as large as the HasLab version from a few years
ago, but still a monster
Cost seems to be around £430
