Mine are standing fine. That's a HUGE pet peeve of mine when figures come with stands that don't work! No problems with mine though.
As far as these figures go, I'm happy overall. I prefer the more monstrous look to Kalibak. This one looks like he could be fighting Popeye or something. Anyway, I appreciate the effort. The DC Universe line has a really good Mister Miracle and a better Kalibak but it's one of those blasted build-a-figures which cost too much for me.

About the Ms. Marvel statue: Are those highlights painted on to look like real highlights or are they actual highlights from the surrounding light? I hope the latter. I usually do not like it when they paint on shading and things like that on statues.

I like the sculpt on Phoenix, and the large chest emblem doesn't bother me. It DOES bug me, a bit, that the black background triangle is still on the emblem on the Dark Phoenix version -- and that they kept the same "happy face"!I'll probably find room for the Phoenix piece, tho I would have preferred Dark Phoenix, if they'd got it right.

I agree, Ryan (not that that wouldn't work on some other heroine). Now if the exposed areas were covered in FF blue, it wouldn't be bad for Sue, IMO.

4? But I only count 2!
No, nobody say anything. I'll go show myself to the corner of shame.
