Not sure how popular the 1970's Godzillas with the JBF members, but X-Plus is coming out with the 1973 Big-G PVC figure from the GODZILLA VS MEGALON movie.

Short description on HLJ: [Link]

As always, X-Plus Godzillas tend to fill up their pre-orders quickly, so if people want one, sign up very soon.

Still waiting for a X-Plus Godzilla 1962 (King Kong), and Godzilla 2000

Don't know if there are any fans here of the classic Japanese Ultra-Man TV series, but X-Plus is also releasing a darn-good Ultra-Seven PVC figure.  [HLJ Link]

Arrived yesterday from Japan:

It's the Revoltech M-66 Maser Cannon from Toho's WAR OF THE GARGANTUAS movie.

Unlike the Mothra and Mogera Revoltechs, no real production issues on this one (though, the maser "beam" has a hard time sticking in the cannon front).  Nicely detailed and painted, and come with some neat extras as well.

Nice! Love WAR OF THE GARGANTUAS! Has it ever hit DVD in the States? Cause I've yet to find it!

Chad, that RODAN/WAR OF THE GARGANTUAS combo DVD from Classic Media that Greg linked to is worth getting!  It's got a wonderful documentary about Eiji Tsuburaya with many interviews of his coworkers and assistants.  Knowing you're a fan of G2K, there's a great scene where all three Godzilla suit actors are shown marching down a sidewalk pretending to be the King of the Monsters.  Yes, there's a short segment on the G2K suit as well (the spines were sharp enough to hurt someone accidently).

I thought Batgirl was the first DC Bishoujo, but no matter...  Nice Yamashita Wonder Woman!

I agree. That's just about perfection as far as anime
styled American superhero statues go.

Really, really nice Wonder Woman.  That one will be mine.

Is that a reflection in the middle of her belt, or some kind of design?   It vaguely looks like she has a clock in her belly.

Here is another shot with a better view of the mid-section.

Looks like it could be her belly button.
