I've seen that particular Lego set at Toysrus for quite some time but they just don't seem to sell...so freakin' pricey...I'm happy for you that you got a good deal out of it.

Wasp from the Avengers Statue coming from Bowen Designs! Randy Bowen would like fans' feedback on the project...

PS: He mentions JB's idea!

Nice sculpts -- tho with so LITTLE articulation, I wonder why they were made as "action figures" at all!

I dunno. He looks articulated enough to me. But honestly I doubt I'll open them anyway. Yes, I'm one of those people! The last action figure I bought was this guy at Christmas time:

He sitting on a shelf, just like that!

JB- The actual figures have more articulation then those painted prototypes. There is even a newer body buck that has double joints in the knees and elbows. It's ugly...

The box set includes a mix of old and new Crime Syndicate costumes... WHY???????

Once again, good job there, Mattel...

Wow. Instantly transformed from something I might think about buying, to something I would not find room for in my house!

----

Because the old Johnny Quick and the old Power Ring have returned in the recent JLA comics, like Barry and Hal have returned.

The Owlman reminds me a lot of Nite Owl in the movie version of WATCHMEN.
