And THAT purchase then led to THIS purchase:

All four of the FF AND the Inhumans! My favorite detail on the page is the intimacy between Reed and Sue - I've re-read JB's run over the last few weeks, and he always made sure to have Reed and Sue embrace / hold hands whenever possible. Just a detail I glossed over thirty plus years ago.

Acquired yesterday in a trade with Jim Warden. . .

SKY MASTERS promotional piece from the Fifties. Jack Kirby and Wally Wood.

Approx 10x18 inches.

Story behind it: This piece comes from the Kirby home, so it has Jack's personal choice of matting and frame.

Oh man!  Now a gorgeous Sergio double-sized cover!?!??  This page is off the hook with comic art!  I'll be seeing Sergio in a few weeks, hope to get a sketch or perhaps buy a page for myself.

Scoot McMahon is part of the Aw Yeah Comics! group and is a really talented cartoonist.  Since I already had my copy of Marvel Team-Up 68 at the Cincinnati Expo for reference (stay tuned...) I decided to have Scoot draw me that issue's villain: D'Spayre!!!

Wow! When I saw Jim today and asked about a Kirby piece he had
prominently displayed, he mentioned a trade with you... both of you
ended up with some beautiful pages!
