A friend of mine just got the original art to this and it came with the photos from the show it was done at in the early 80's. John, Terry, Chris Claremont, and I believe that is Steve Oliff next to Chris.

Unless I am greatly mistaken, that's George Perez sitting next to John.

*************

You are not mistaken!

(Funny thing about those pictures -- back then my
hair was thinning at a rate of knots, as it had been
since I was in my late teens, and I assumed I would
be pretty much a cueball by the time I was 50. Yet of
all of us, Chris, Terry, George and me, I'm the one
who still has the most hair! It's one of those little
things that often pops into my mind when I have to
do flashbacks or flashforwards with various
characters -- who will still have their hair? Is there
any way to tell, by looking? The answer, of course, is
no!)

I don't remember, but it was in a book drawn by JB.
