I don't know where else to put this but I stumbled upon this Neal Adams image and noticed how inconsistent the airbrushed white highlights are, as added by the colorist. They in no way match what Neal was rendering in the ink and have light coming from impossible places, liked through Batman's cape.
I understand why JB doesn't want his ELSEWHEN pencils colored and am wondering if he ever colored his own published work.
Some inspiring stuff here. I haven't drawn anything but doodles for a number of years but I'm so tempted to start on the graphic novel version of a book that I wrote a while back.
