It's crazy to me that so many of those original WHAT IFs have been done as actual stories in recent years--LONG stories!
Spider-Man joins the Fantastic Four Hulk with the brain of Bruce Banner The world knows Daredevil is blind 1950's Avengers Jane Foster as Thor Conan in present day Other people as Nova
Other people get bit by the radioactive spider Dr. Doom becomes a hero Hulk becomes a barbarian (with an axe) Gwen Stacy lives The Spider-Clone lives Elektra lives The Beast continued to mutate The Thing continued to mutate
--just so many! I think Roy Thomas and co. deserve royalties!
