Yesterday, before bedtime, I was reading the Claremont/Davis X-Men issues that introduced X-23. It is strongly hinted that she resembles Logan, being possibly kin.
Has it been revealed whether X-23 is Wolverine´s daughter or clone or something?
Also, I´ve seen several references to Wolverine´s son, Daken (?). What´s up with that?
What about the bad guy from ORIGIN who seemed to be James Howlett´s sibling? Is that Sabretooth, like in the movie?
In Wolverine: THE END, I remember vaguely that the bad guy is also Wolverine´s brother...who was that? Has he been referenced elsewhere?

X-23 is a clone (somehow). Daken is Wolverine's actual son by a Japanese woman named Itsu.
I don't know about the other characters.

Amazing and ludicrous.
All that's missing is Wolvie the Wonder Pup and a shrunken city in a bottle full of miniature Wolverine clones.

X-23 is a clone. In her mini-series it is established that a government agency had a piece of Wolverines DNA that was damaged and missing the Y chromosome. That is why she came out a female. She is X-23 because there were 22 other attempts at cloning that failed.
I know nothing of the other Wolverine related characters.

Daken annoys me to no end, primarily because Marvel is desperate to shove him down my throat. First Wolverine: Origins got taken over by him. No big deal, dropped the book. Then he took over Wolverine's solo title as 'Dark Wolverine'. Again, dropped it like a hot rock. And of course, he's shoved into the Dark Avengers, and now also the Dark X-Men. So this clown is in 5 or 6 Marvel books a month. More than Wolverine, I might add, right now.
Oh, and to make him 'different', he has one of his claws pop out of the inside of his wrist. And he's bisexual, and they feel the need to point it out constantly, in dialogue, like in the middle of a fight, "I've always liked going both ways...." And in addition to the claws, he has mind-altering pheromone powers that he uses to seduce members of both genders. (Yes, he can seduce straight men with his scent glands). And he has tattoos. And a mohawk.
He's literally the most horrible comic character ever conceived.

Mariko has been bumped to second place, I take it?

I can't believe I just read what Steve De Young wrote. I just can't believe it. Any of it. How soon until Wolverine isn't KEWL anymore and they have Daken (or whatever his name is) kill him? I say we're within three years of that happening.

JB I think Mariko was poisoned some time ago, dunno if she was brought back though.
As for X23... a clone with a sex-change operation?

I know Mariko is dead. I mean second in terms of Logan's Japanese
romances.

Not really, Mariko is still the iconic lost love...but a guy's gotta move on.
