Was red hulk *really* that popular?
-------------------------------
Was? They're spinning off a second Hulk series so Red Hulk can have his own.

I am hearing that the two Hulks will now be Skaar and Rulk. That banner isn't allowed to be the Hulk anymore? I am confused just writing that.

They have Loeb working at Marvel, now, guys! There's going to be a World
War Hulks story, because it's the insipid, juvenile, and obvious way to go
after World War Hulk.
I say this having enjoyed Long Halloween and Catwoman: When in Rome.

QUOTE:
if Marvel chose to write a story in which it turns out that the twins were just tricks made by Norman Osborn to mess with Spider-Man, and that the Gwen/Norman coupling never really happened, would it be an acceptable use for the characters?

Speaking for myself, absolutely. Where do I sign for that? That's what I want. The integrity of Gwen's character restored. Just not referencing the story, not talking about it, doesn't negate it. I prefer negating it.

Jim Shooter's first books as EIC were cover-dated June
1978, and his last were cover-dated October 1987. So
that's 9 years and 4 months. Quesada took over in 2000
but I'm not sure the exact month. If he hasn't passed
Shooter yet he will sometime within the next 6 months or
so, and then will move into second-place on the "length
of tenure as Marvel EIC" list.

--------
He's first listed as EIC in books cover dated December 2000. I also read an article dated August 30, 2000 stating he was announced as EIC that same day.

Brian,
I think that even Jeph Loeb Doesn't even know who Rulk is!!!
The reveal was supposed to happen in Hulk #600, but they backed out and we still haven't been told.
