The problem is that no one is going to care who the Rulk is by the time they get around to telling.
Heck I don't care already. I think it has been a horrible idea with horrible stories. Part of the reason why I am not reading Hulk anymore.

I can't shake the feeling that Marvel is pushing me farther and farther away.

Remember when it was DC that had the bad habit of de-uniquing their
characters?

Who's the third?
-----------------------------
The three are She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters), the Savage She-Hulk (test tube baby of Thundra and Hulk), and now Red She-Hulk.
Prepare for incoming irony from Loeb:
"The important thing for us is that she really be
established as a character who is different from the Green She-Hulk and
from the Savage She-Hulk that's currently running around, and have her
own voice as a character – to be different from the Red Hulk in the
same kind of way that Jen is different from Banner. Her personality is
unique and somewhat new to the Hulk mythos."
So the important thing is that they create a unique and different character...and they come up with a third, Red She-Hulk?

JB, since Quesada became EIC, Marvel has been trying to become more like DC.
They wanted their books to contain more adult content like the non code approved DC books (stronger language, graphic violence, and stronger sexual innuendos).
They wanted to have their own Vertigo imprint (although, Vertigo came after Epic Comics), so they created the MAX line of books.
They wanted their character's to become legacy characters, so we get crap like Daken,Skaar,X-23,and (to a much lesser extent) the Young Avengers).
They wanted Superman, so they created the Sentry.
They wanted their most popular and recognizable characters to be on the Avengers, they put together the New Avengers.
They wanted their heroes to become over powered like DC heroes, so Wolverine regenerates from a skeleton, the Hulk is able to hold teutonic plates together or literally break the world if he wants to,Spider-Man (durring the crappy "The Other" storyline) is given a healing factor and bone claws, and then you have the aforementioned Sentry who has "the power of a million exploding suns".

I foresee a Marvel world of only Wolverines and Hulks.
And I don't like it. I miss comics.

Someone please get on the stick and invent a damn time machine already. Calgon, take me away from modern day comics.
Christ, I just went back and saw the red she-hulk (cue sounds of simultaneous barfing and explosive diarrhea). Why the hell does she need weapons if she's a hulk? Why does she exist at all?
