Bravo Matt!

Wulk could be officially the most powerful character in the ^^***** Universe.  Ripping all the classic Marvel characters in half, regenerating from a single cell organelle (take that Wolverine!), having lots of illegitimate children and eventually killing and eating Galactus, Eternity and Death.  What more could anyone want in a hero?  Of course he'll never smoke!

Nice one, Matt!

He's the best there is at wanting to be left alone.

Bonus! This way they can just recycle the "Mr Fixit" storyline from the PAD run and not have to think too hard about what they should do.

No, I did look at my own hand for a bit to see if the hands on Wulk looked right while I was drawing the picture, but no photo (or any other) reference. I am very happy that you liked the work, as I wasn't really happy with the overall piece. Ironically, considering your kind words, the hands are what I was fretting over the most.

I just got a wild bug to draw the picture when everybody started talking about the Wolverine-Hulk merged characters. I whipped out a pencil and a Sharpie fine point here at the shop and went to it, when I probably should've been putting out more books. Heh. Later, after the shop closed for the day, I colored it in Photoshop.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words about the art!

Now, let's hope Marvel doesn't take everyone's goofing here as a real suggestion for a series!!
