I love the Eagle. Have done since I first saw it at age 6
or 7.
But i don't own one. I keep almost buying one, especially
the ones that are about £100, but I always pull back at
the last moment.
Maybe I'll get one when I retire

Okay, any excuse to repeat this story:

Over several years of attending MidOhioCon I became quite chummy with Yvonne Craig, TV’s Batgirl. When it was announced that I would no longer be doing cons, she came over to me at the end-of-show wrap party. “Hear you won’t be coming back. We’ll miss you!” Whereupon she threw her arms around me and planted a big smooch on my cheek.

Immediately I thought I’ve just been kissed by a woman who kissed Elvis!

For Christmas I received the Hasbro Boba Fett Throne Room
(basically Jabba's throne room but post Jabba's death)
First thing I tried was whether the Jabba my brother in
law made out of fimk fitted. And it does, perfectly.

So I'm buying a new shelf to put with my other shelf, and
then it is coming out with a load of figures. I may even
marry a spare Cantina alcove I have with it. I'm looking
forward to this going up mid Jan

I like the Galactus. Reed makes me think about why in the comics they tend to avoid drawing his legs! He's a tough one for Lego though -- his fluid rubberiness doesn't exactly jibe with Lego's solid brickiness.
