The Black Widow story in MF #10 was in two parts. Perez only pencilled the first part, and Bob Layton and Luke McDonnell were credited with pencilling the second part.  GCD says Layton pencilled two pages and McDonnell pencilled the remainder of that part.

Is this roleplaying game module just cut and paste from a JB comic? Or was this art drawn specifically for this cover?

I have to say that seeing the FF (written and drawn by our host) being trapped in Murderworld is a comic book I would have snatched off the spinner rack in a hot second.

However, I would prefer to see The Thing on the team for that storyline instead of the She-Hulk, as I think that Ben would have had some rather scathing/humorous remarks to toss at Arcade.
