Gil Kane is hard to top, though I’d probably go with The Spectre. In some ways, the design almost shouldn’t work, but it remains a quite effective appearance.

A big part of why I love the post-Negative Zone Byrne FF uniforms is the white gloves / collars / boots. Just makes the whole uniform pop.

JB - Agree with you on GL.   Do you think extending the green over the shoulders was positive (I do) or a negative change?
