JB,

Was it exciting to see one of your childhood heroes draw Alpha Flight?

Makes me wonder what Jack Kirby would have done with AF!

Wish Ditko would have drawn the entire team! I would have enjoyed seeing him draw Guardian flying... or Puck jumping around the page...

Which comic was this? And is it in print (tp collection?)

Sacrilege, I know, but there's something about Ditko's interpretation of Sasquatch that makes me like it more than JB's version. It's just so ... right.

It was most interesting to see these pages. Altho, I think Ditko was among the first to mistake the white highlights on the Twins' shiny black hair for actual white hair, a "debate" that has puzzled and annoyed me for years -- especially when adamant fans inform me / am wrong, and their hair is, indeed, white!!

Knut - it's Machine Man #18.  I don't know of any reprints.

(Nathan - I agree, but there wasn't any Puck to include when this issue came out. :-) )

This is good.Inspiration and perspective hand in hand. And the twins hair is dark when you fill in the blanks

(The PWAM,THUNK and KABOOM did'nt hurt either.)

I really don't like it at all.
In Panel 4, Post 4 Northstar looks like an old man... Oddly, sbout the ONLY thing I find interesting is in the same panel, and it's the way Steve drew Aurora's hand.
I am curious, did Ditko draw AF again during his ROM run? I seem to remember every Marvel character in those Dire Wraith issues.
