Resurrecting an old thread after coming across this. Clearly he's trolling. Looking at the page (including Rob's patented "Draw everyone with one eye higher than the other" look), I think he just inked himself, and maybe he had this page meant for someone else at first (other artists, including Neal Adams(!!), inked most of the rest of the pages), and decided to steal JB's gag. But still he missed the whole point by just swiping the name. "Broiled Elf" (brilliant!) would have been the right way to go.
