I'm a fan of dinosaur-hide Ben Grimm myself, if you want to count that:

Angel into the Adams black and white.
====
I never knew that the Angel's costume was black and white. I always
thought it was blue and white, maybe to match the sky or something.
I agree with most of the choices so far.
Wonder Girl and the Kid Flash, for sure. Hated Perez's Troia costume.
Cockrum's LSH costumes.
Iron Man's red and yellow with the pointy face plate.
Some I prefer the original, like the yellow and black X-Men and the yellow
and blue Wolverine costumes.
And then there are costumes that should never be changed, Neal Adam's
Havok costume comes to mind.

Angel into the Adams black and white.
Black and white? Was it still black and white they shifted to red highlights?

Nope, then it was red & white, and sometimes with yellow boots.

The costume Neal designed was black and white.
When Angel joined the Champions, the highlights
were changed from blue to red, to "add color" to the
group. That changed the costume from black and
white to red and white -- especially once artists
started dropping the blacks from the red part.
The red and white version is one of those "colors not
found in nature" costumes -- a black that reflects red
highlights.

I've honestly never thought of that Angel costume as black and white!
