To this extent though? It looks almost twice the length of Kirby's.
Sinnott drew it more like a croquet mallet, but for the first year pretty much all of the artists - Kirby, Sinnott and Al Hartley - drew it with a longer handle and smaller head than we're accustomed to.
I would say Kirby in JOURNEY INTO MYSTERY #93 (Jun '63) and AVENGERS #1 (Sep '63) was the first to draw it in the proportions we're used to seeing now. Don Heck and Kirby were then the first artists to draw it consistently that way (Heck in J.I.M. and Kirby in AVENGERS and J.I.M.) around 1964.

As for that cover of SPIDER-WOMAN #1 I had assumed it was Romita since I first saw it. I wonder what else Sinnott might have penciled that I may have missed.
