That first panel is brilliant! And I'm really growing fond of the Sprite and Wolverine relationship.

Great page! I feel for the D'Bari there... yoikes!
It's a neat visual having someone coming through solid matter, or perhaps can be a great visual, in the right hands, and the more visual the powers the better for comics.

That page - Wow! Early John Byrne could only dream to produce a page like current John Byrne!

Great page! I never would have thought to have Kitty whisper into Wolverine's ear from under the floor like that.

I really like that first panel -here's hoping it survived the rework!
I'm guessing it is a conscious "effort" on JB's part, but Kitty really looks and has the "inexperienced" expressions of a teenager. Marvelous!

Pleasantly surprised to find this interlude here.
Some thoughts...
The Sue Richards/Spider-Man page has a nice nod to Stan, Jack and Steve. Makes me feel a little nostalgic for the Marvel that was.
The Skrull deck scene really shows off the way JB differentiates the technology of alien cultures.
The first panel of Kitty swimming through the underfloor tech is beautifully done. I wish JB had the chance to do more with her on his X-Men run.
Like a few others, I think the subplot has the makings of an all-star Elsewhen annual.

Can Kitty ‘see’ while inside a structure?
Example - If she wades into a solid structure like a granite wall that is several yards thick is she blind due to lack of light penetrating the granite?
