If I have to pick one, it's Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez.
So many good ones, though!

As much as I love Neal Adams, I don’t like his Superman “S”.
I’ll have to go John Byrne (whose soft redesign of said “S” made it feel like it should’ve been that way all along) and Garcia-Lopez.

I always felt José Luis García-López should've gotten a strong run on one of the Superman titles... I really enjoyed the issues of DC COMICS PRESENTS that he drew... his Superman is the best on my list.
Honorable mentions include JB, Jerry Ordway, George Perez, Kerry Gammill, Gil Kane and Ross Andru.

I never read Superman until Mr. Byrne's run in 1986, thus his Superman is my Superman. I have liked many of the follow-up artists like Jurgens, Grummett, and Guice (even Bogdonove) who all kind of kept in the Byrne-family.
I do appreciate Curt Swan, Murphy Anderson and other earlier Superman artists.

JB is my vote. What sets him apart from other great Superman artists for me is how he draws Superman in flight and motion. All due respect to Swan and García-López who also can do no wrong.
